Hurricane Supply Checklist

STAY-AT-HOME KIT — TWO WEEKS
☐ Water: 1 gallon per person per day (14 gallons each)
☐ Two weeks of ready-to-eat, nonperishable food
☐ Manual can opener, cups, plates and utensils
☐ Flashlights, batteries and a battery- or hand-crank radio
☐ First-aid kit; medications (one month, if possible)
☐ Phone chargers, power banks and medical-device supplies
☐ Soap, wipes, toilet paper, trash bags and cleaning supplies
☐ Pet food, water, medication and other essentials

GO BAG — AT LEAST THREE DAYS
☐ Water, food and medication for each person
☐ Change of clothes, sturdy shoes and personal care items
☐ IDs, insurance papers, medication list and contacts in a waterproof bag
☐ Chargers, backup batteries and some cash
☐ Baby, older adult, disability and pet supplies, as needed

HOME & EVACUATION
☐ Shutters or other window protection ready to use
☐ Bring in or secure loose outdoor items
☐ Know your evacuation zone and route; leave if officials tell you to
